Who is responsible
This site belongs to Kco Carmona. You can write to work@kcocarmona.com about anything related to your data.
What data is collected
Only what you submit through a form:
- Speaking request form. Name, email, company, business unit, country, city, event date, topic of interest and your message.
- Enrolment notification form. Name and email.
- Media kit form. Name, email, outlet or event, and your message.
There is no other form, no user area and no shopping cart.
What it is used for
To reply to you, and nothing else. If you tick the mailing list box, you are also added to it; you can unsubscribe from any email.
Messages are delivered through Resend, acting as email provider. Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which uses no tracking cookies and builds no advertising profile.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept while a conversation or a professional relationship is open. Mailing list addresses, until you unsubscribe.
Who it is shared with
Nobody, other than the providers needed for the site to work: Cloudflare (hosting and protection) and Resend (email delivery). Data is never sold or passed to third parties for advertising.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection by writing to work@kcocarmona.com. Requests are answered within thirty days.
